To create an unbiased future world, would mean to debias our history first of all. Back in 2019, I was searching for pictures on Google showcasing "great leaders" and, obviously enough, Google was hitting back with pictures of men and none of a woman.
Here's a great project by TedXAmsterdam showcasing the work of debiasing with an invitation to stop making a difference when we refer to "CEO" by saying "female CEO", "leader" by "female leader" and so on.
